An IT solution company is looking for a strong and talented SAP Basis Consultant/Administrator.

We support the traditional, emerging and cutting-edge IT needs of customers with the right combination of technology skills, local capabilities and quality delivery along with flexible execution models including Onsite and Remote support (local and offshore) and serve industries, large or small, public or private, startups or SMBs, and support them to function smartly.

- Manage/administer the operation of complex SAP-Landscapes according to the state of the art technology and based on customer and operations needs
- Communicate and coordinate tasks with customers
- Communicate and coordinate tasks with other teams in the APAC region
- Ensure 2nd and 3rd level support. I.e. bug fixing, ticket tracking including software-vendor activity (Database, SAP + Middleware)
- Documentation and control of all essential information for service delivery
- Coaching and direction to others at the time of need

- 必要に応じコーチングとチームへの指示

- Experience in installation/upgrade/administration of SAP systems (SAP Basis)
- Successful interaction with customers and abilities in the field of presentation
- Obedience to process management standard like ITIL
