Description

A major global IT network company is hiring a Microsoft Enterprise Support Analyst!

【Responsibilities】
(Primary)
‐ Support, manage and administer a multi-datacentre based Enterprise Microsoft AD, ADFS, Directory Services, AD-DS / LDAP, WSUS, Admin-Centre, Terminal services/VDI, SCCM and SQL environment. (2016/2019)
‐ Automate system configurations via PowerShell and other toolsets to help manage the operating environment (Inc. Microsoft toolsets such as SCCM / Admin centre)
‐ Manage Level 2/3 changes to the environment
‐ Support Microsoft Integration Points with other 3rd party AD/LDAP integrated systems
‐ Support User/System/Host/Policy Onboarding & Batch User Uploads / User Creations and testing as needed
‐ Manage AD Group, User and Security Policies (GPO etc)
‐ Provide Change Management support to the environment and participate in and lead “Change Tickets” and various approval mechanisms (CAB / Change Mgt Systems etc)
‐ Work with the “Lead MS Build Engineer/Consultant” in support of common objectives

 (Secondary)
‐ Work with the Microsoft Lead Build/Project Consultant in support of overarching system design/stage/test & prod implementation lifecycles
‐ Support Multi-factor (MFA) authentication with services including DUO and OKTA MFA
‐ Work with Red-hat Linux LDAP DS389 and IPA services team in support of a consistent approach to group and user policy.
‐ Support a mixed WinTel / Ux operating domain for DNS/Directory services and Object/Policy Management and collaborate with Red-hat/Linux team/engineers as needed.
‐ Create & Manage creation of SOP’s / MOP’s (Operating Procedures) as required for creation of user, server and policy objects etc
‐ Manage and Support System Lifecycle management (Patching, Updates etc)
‐ Work with other service owners including MS VDI / Terminal Services, MS Mobile Devices (Surface) for user side deployment and SSO

Required Skills

‐ Microsoft Enterprise Server / AD System Configuration, Staging and Operating Experience
‐ AD / Directory Services Configuration & Operation
‐ Advanced AD / Directory Services Policy / GP / Object administration
‐ Azure AD Operating Experience
‐ Management experience of a Hybrid Microsoft, AD & Azure environment
‐ Familiarity operating a multi-forest environment and familiar with the operation and configuration of trusts, replicas, replication etc.
‐ Understand SAML & ADFS services in addition to Kerberos and able provide hands-on support for onboarding & integration as needed.
‐ Familiar with domain services including DNS/NTP services
‐ Past experience working with Intune MDM, MIM (Microsoft Identity Mgr), Azure Cloud Services and licensing in hybrid environment desirable

‐ X-Platform Directory (LDAP) Integration with Ux & AD
‐ Windows / Azure Security, AzureAD, Cloud MFA / Identity
‐ Ux / Distro working experience with Samba, ReamD, LDAP and DS389 services advantageous
