They are looking for an experienced engineer who is interested in latest cybersecurity challenges and solutions or big data.

【Job Responsibilities】
‐ Bring good engineering culture to other members, which are data-driven, team growth, service quality focused, and business impact centric.
‐ Develop technical aspects of the company’s strategy to ensure alignment with its business goals.
‐ Supervise system infrastructure to ensure functionality and efficiency.
‐ Monitor team performance and IT budgets to assess technological performance.
‐ Manage engineers' career paths through 1:1s, performance reviews, and the like.
‐ Lead implementations of new technologies and software development practices, and ensure a productive development environment using time-tested development processes.
‐ Manage the delivery of effective, quality code bases and QA processes.
‐ Communicate team development and manage expectations with stakeholders.

Required Skills

‐ Ability to nurture and manage a team of engineers through challenging cycles, from technical to interpersonal
‐ Able to code in more than multiple programming language
‐ Clear understanding of software and system design patterns and good practices
‐ Knowledge of agile software development processes
‐ Experience scaling and managing services and databases, debugging throughput bottlenecks
