A leading global insurance company is seeking an AV/Multimedia support engineer responsible for day to day Audiovisual and Multimedia setup, installations, troubleshooting including desktop and peripheral hardware & software.
The successful candidate will also be responsible for user training and establishing/optimizing use policy, procedure, guidelines.
‐ Effectively communicate and work with qualified user on meeting and event support
‐ Coordinate and setup executive meetings and events including multimedia equipment preparations and support
‐ Design and apply new meeting room technology
‐ Optimize procedures and monitoring for AV systems
‐ Develop and lead training of executives and assistants in the use of AV systems and conference room equipment
‐ Create comprehensive in meeting room user guides
‐ Conduct desk side support for qualified user work stations including desktops, laptop; peripheral auxiliary hardware, and mobile devices
‐ Conduct incident as well as problem management for qualified users
‐ Conduct installations, moves, adds and changes (IMAC) support for qualified user
‐ Track and monitor support efforts and cases using client specific support tracking and monitoring systems

‐ Multimedia support and conference support experience
‐ Experience with Cisco audio & video conference systems
‐ Experience with training end users on AV and meeting room equipment including AV mixers, amplifiers and projectors.
‐ Desktop support experience with Microsoft windows, Outlook, etc.
Thorough knowledge of video, image processing software such as Photoshop
