【Position Details】
Our client develops aerospace and defense products. Help create and deliver communications, integration, and engineering solutions so that our world keeps moving and stays connected. It’s an exciting time to join their team!

【Responsibilities】
‐ First level support on Airport System
‐ Maintain and monitor the server infrastructure on a daily basis
‐ Perform daily back‐ups and data redundancy
‐ Handle change requests and software updates
‐ Troubleshoot hardware issues
‐ Troubleshoot recurring software/application/host issues ranging from medium to high complexity
‐ Repair, maintain and support PC’s, Peripherals and airport system related hardware
‐ Delegate tasks to sub‐contractors (vendor), provide mentorship and ensure tasks are completed per Collins Aerospace standards
‐ Responsible for fulfilling targets outlined in the Service Level Agreement (SLA) such as system operation including server and network
‐ He/she will require security clearance to work in any area of the airport where supported equipment is located
‐ Prepare system operational manuals and documentation

Required Skills

‐ Experience with installation, maintenance, configuration and troubleshooting of Windows workstations on Windows Server environments

Preferred Skills

‐ Relevant IT experience
‐ Bachelors’ degree; or an equivalent combination of experience, education and training which provides the desired knowledge, skills and abilities
‐ Network skills (CCNA), higher knowledge for Windows OS/Windows Server OS
