‐ 新商品、法令改正、各種社内プロジェクトにおけるカスタマーケア部門のLead、SME等
‐ コールフロー変更、設計等のテレフォニーシステム管理
‐ オペレーションプロセス、ルールの策定、変更時の調整、管理
‐ Demand & Capacity管理

To perform various business functions including impact investigation and process design for new product development and legal compliance, identification of business requirements, UAT management, and coordination with other departments and groups, as a person in charge of planning in Customer Care.

‐ Role as Lead, SME, etc. in Customer Care for new products, amendment of laws & regulations and various in-house projects
‐ Management of telephony system including call flow modification and design
‐ Coordination and management of establishment and amendment of operation process and rules
‐ Demand & Capacity management

Required Skills

‐ 金融業界(生命保険会社であれば尚可)での業務経験
‐ 関連部門と円滑に協業できるコミュニケーション力
‐ Intermediateレベルのビジネスアナリスト、プロジェクトマネジメントスキル
‐ 中級程度のOAスキル(Word、Excel、Power Point)

‐ Business experience in the financial industry (life insurance company desirable)
‐ Communication skills that facilitate smooth collaboration with relevant departments
‐ Intermediate level business analyst and project management skills
‐ Intermediate computer skills (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)

Preferred Skills

‐ オペレーション関する業務経験(コールセンター以外でも可、保全業務経験が望ましい)
‐ 中~大規模のプロジェクト(金額:3,000万円以上、期間:6ヶ月以上)のマネジメント経験
‐ 英語によるコミュニケーションスキル(ビジネスメール、レポート作成等)

‐ Business experience in operations (not limited to call center, preferably experience in policy owner services)
‐ Experience in managing medium to large scale projects (amount: more than JPY30 million, period: more than six months
‐ English communication skills (business emails, preparation of reports, etc.)
