Assistant Manager will be assigned to a number of initiatives and will undertake a role for executing the initiatives through a close cooperation with the business leaders.

Assistant Manager is also required to manage the overall project under general or minimum supervision / instruction of the project manager in the relatively large scale project.

【Project management activities】
1. Planning
‐ Project launch, creation of various materials (Roadmap, WBS, governance structure, report template, materials for the discussion/report for the management, etc.), support for the project manager
2. Coordination
‐ Build a good relationship with the various stakeholders
‐ Effectively and appropriately communicate the information to the stakeholders
‐ Build a cooperation relationship with the stakeholders across the company -‐ Work with the business leaders / managers within the company to assure success of the project
‐ Work together with various stakeholders for achieving the objective and the performance of the project
3. Execution
‐ Day-to-day management of the status, issues / risks
‐ Creation of the reports in accordance with the project management life cycle, creation of the presentation materials and meeting minutes
‐ Clarify the root cause of the issues / risks, take actions for resolving the issues to resolve / reduce the issues / risks
‐ Review / validate the status and quality of various project deliverables, provide the feedbacks and update deliverables

‐ プロジェクト立ち上げや各種資料(ロードマップ、WBS、ガバナンス図、レポートテンプレート、マネジメントとの討議資料等)の作成等、プロジェクトマネージャーのサポート
2. 調整
‐ 多様なステークホルダーと良好な関係を築き、プロジェクト推進に協力的な姿勢をとってもらう
‐ 様々な手段を用いて多様な立場の関係者に対し、情報を効果的に正しく伝達する
‐ 全社におよぶ広範囲での協業-ビジネスリーダー・マネージャーと働き、プロジェクトを成功に導く
‐ プロジェクトの幅広いステークホルダーと、プロジェクトの目的・成果達成に向けて協業する
3. 実行
‐ ステータスやイシュー・リスクの日々の管理
‐ プロジェクトマネジメント・ライフサイクルに沿ったレポート作成や、プレゼン資料作成・ミーティング議事録作成
‐ 課題リスクの根本的な問題を明らかにした上で解消に向けたアクションを実施し、課題やリスクを解消・軽減する
‐ 各種プロジェクト成果物のStatus、品質を確認・検証して具体的なフィードバックを提供し、あるべき形に修正する

Required Skills

‐ Project management experience of medium ‐ large sized project with JPY 100M or more budget, based on the project management methodology such as PMBOK or Prince2: More than once
‐ Project management experience of the project which covers both IT and business areas
‐ Experience of project initiation involved from the planning phase: More than once
‐ Experience in financial / insurance industry or experience of projects which the financial / insurance companies are the custome
‐ Business experience in the multinational team
‐ Skills for Microsoft Excel, Word, Power Point

‐ 予算1億円以上の中規模~大規模プロジェクトにおける、PMBOK、PRINCE2等のプロジェクトマネジメント手法に基づくプロジェクトマネジメントの実務経験: 複数回
‐ IT、ビジネスの両領域に跨ったプロジェクトマネジメントの経験
‐ 計画段階から関与し、プロジェクトの立ち上げを実践した経験:複数回
‐ 金融/保険業界での業務経験、または金融/保険業界を顧客としたプロジェクト経験
‐ 多国籍チームでの業務経験
‐ Microsoft Excel, Word, Powerpointのスキル
