A Global Financial IT company is looking for a Product Support Specialist.


‐ Provides in-depth product support to clients by resolving incoming inquiries.
‐ Responds to customer product inquiries via telephone or in written internet-based email or chat sessions.
‐ Investigate and analyze software issues, queries, and customer change requests.
‐ Identify and communicate solutions and/or workarounds to the customer clearly.
‐ Identify priorities and escalate issues accordingly.
‐ Encourage software upgrades with the customer and work with relevant internal teams on upgrade plans.
‐ Resolves customer concerns raised during installation, operation, maintenance or product application or compatibility matters.
‐ Troubleshoots problems with malfunctioning electro/mechanical equipment or software applications and recommends corrective action.
‐ Documents customer information and recurring technical issues to support product quality programs and product development.
‐ Recreates client issues in a test environment, Identifies/documents how applications and systems interact to support business processes.

‐ 電気・機器装置またはソフトウェアアプリケーションに関する問題のトラブルシューティング、解決策の提供
‐ 製品品質プログラム及び製品開発をサポートするために顧客情報、繰り返し発生する技術的な問題の文書化
‐ テスト環境での問題の再現、ビジネスプロセスをサポートするためのアプリケーションとシステムの相互作用の特定、文書化

Required Skills

‐ Experience working in the Corporate Treasury space.
‐ Good knowledge and understanding of Treasury operational and business processes.
‐ Knowledge of Accounting practices.
‐ Knowledge of financial instruments (FX, MM, IRS, FRA, Bonds, etc.).
‐ Awareness and appreciation of Treasury markets and clients within Japan.
‐ Knowledge of Corporate or Banking Treasury solutions.
‐ Knowledge in programming, business analysis or implementation of software products.
