The End User Technical Support technician provides the best in class technology support and solutions to employees, and is responsible for responding to incident tickets raised by our helpdesk, as well as ad-hoc “shoulder-tap” requests from employees. Members of this team are also involved in the delivery of projects and overall service delivery to employees.

‐ Provide end user technical support to employees on technologies such as MS Windows 7/10, MS Office 365, Enterprise grade PC/Laptop/MAC hardware, Cisco telephony and support for Apple devices. Supported employees include Traders and VIPs
‐ Build and deploy PCs/Laptops/Virtual Machines
‐ Ensure calls are logged and updated in our incident management system
‐ To provide users at all levels with advice, guidance and education as required, in accordance with the company standards
‐ Escalate unresolved or significant problems affecting our client base, whilst maintaining overall responsibility for problems affecting the business
‐ Engage in and help drive technology projects and initiatives for the company
‐ Keep in regular contact with Team Lead and Technical Support teams in other countries for knowledge sharing, cross training, and synchronization in project efforts

Required Skills

‐ Experience in a client technical support role
‐ Ability to work independently or in a team
‐ The ability to manage conflicting priorities and to negotiate
‐ Competency with scripting would be considered an advantage
‐ Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential
‐ Finance Background preferred
