‐ Provides expert second / third level support for problems and services request related to hardware.
‐ Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve hardware problems
‐ Provide on-going technical support within Japan
‐ Work with regional teams to optimize IT services to Japan users
‐ Liaise with and support of external organizations within the Group companies
‐ Configures and maintains IT platforms and their components
‐ Carries out performance management of the system and its components
‐ Updates documented procedures and tools based on in-depth experience and knowledge gained from actual use incorporating these updates into revised versions of procedure and tools
‐ Design HW infrastructure for production deployment of IT infrastructure products
‐ Manage the technology operations of solutions that meet the demands of a dynamic and rapidly growing business environment
‐ Supports business project to ensure consistent design and implementation within the existing infrastructure

Required Skills

‐ Experience in IT with specializing in AD Domain administration
‐ Good knowledge of networking infrastructures, including LAN, WAN, and VPN
‐ Experience in Disaster Recovery and Business Continuity Management

MUST HAVE any of the 2 skills below:
‐ ITIL certification holder
‐ Experience in ITSM
‐ Network/information security experience
‐ Project member or project lead experience, in a large scale infrastructure project
