Out-of-home marketing refers to public “third screens,” that range from the massive displays you see on the side of buildings around Times Square and the Hachiko Scramble, down to the small tablets often found near checkout counters. The Digital Out-of-Home (DOOH) project is building a platform that powers interactive, digital out-of-home experiences on a variety of displays. It will connect marketers with their target audience, programmatically, anytime, anywhere, and on any screen.
The company is looking for an Android developer for applications aimed at a vast number of diverse Android devices. Your primary focus will be the development and maintenance of Android applications and their integration with Google Maps, and showing Video Interstitial Ads on the Mobile Application. You will be responsible to choose best fit libraries or frameworks. You will be working alongside other engineers and developers working on different layers of the infrastructure. Therefore, commitment to collaborative problem solving, sophisticated design, and creating quality products is essential.
In this role you will be responsible for helping to craft the web application that marketers and publishers will use to power thousands of displays across the globe. You will also shape creative, cutting-edge user experiences across an unlimited variety of display types, locations, and settings.
