A global finance firm seeks an experienced Business Relationship Manager/Technical Project Manager for Digital Workspace related projects and initiatives including the delivery of Desktop, Mobile, Messaging & Collaboration, Voice and Multimedia infrastructure services into the Investment Banking division.

The role will include capturing user requirements, positioning infra services, overseeing the delivery of new services and the ongoing service development and service management of Digital Workspace services.

The individual will be tasked with increasing the level of communication, project management, governance, and overall delivery to the group where firm background in the securities wholesale business will be appropriately valued. Individual will have a breadth of responsibilities, among them:

‐ Liaise with internal customers to capture infrastructure requirements
‐ Effectively position the firm's infrastructure services and capabilities to internal customers
‐ Act as project manager for specific domestic, regional projects for Investment Banking
‐ Manage project scope, schedule, budget, communications, risks and issues
‐ Track project timelines and deliverables; create status reports
‐ Manage project resources and stakeholders across IT Infrastructure, application teams and businesses
‐ Liaise with technical teams and stakeholders on Infrastructure related work efforts
‐ Create communication documents of Infrastructure activities for technology group.
‐ Establish steering committees as needed for projects, chair regular update meetings
‐ Liaise with IT Service Management and IT support teams and assist in managing Change and Incident related communications to the business and end users

‐ インフラ関連の作業に関する技術チームおよび関係者と連携する
‐ 技術グループのため、インフラ作業のコミュニケーション文書を作成する
‐ プロジェクトのために必要に応じて運営委員会を設置し、定期的な更新会議の議長を務める
‐ ITサービス管理およびITサポートチームと連携し、ビジネスおよびエンドユーザーへの変更とインシデント関連のコミュニケーションの管理をサポートする

Required Skills

‐ Relevant experience in large established enterprise environments
‐ Deep experience, in Project Management (PM) and Program Management roles
‐ Infrastructure PM related background: Desktop, Mobile, Messaging services
‐ High Efficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; SharePoint; Confluence, and Service Now
