A global finance firm seeks an experienced PMO. You will join the existing Tokyo based team providing market leading “Ultra low latency” and “very high frequency”, high performance DMA co-lo solutions.


【Team Responsibilities】

‐ Project Management relating to internal and external QPS Projects, and Exchange/PTS changes

‐ Client on boarding

‐ Remote Support on behalf of Customer Clients

‐ Procurement Management

‐ Internal and external coordination relating to QPS projects


【Position Responsibilities】

‐ Planning, scheduling, and executing on internal and external QPS projects specific to Data Center activities or Client go-lives.

‐ Client on boarding: all facets of activities from pre-sales to network connectivity and trading farm planning/engineering/installation/reporting/equipment ordering/quoting, to the actual go-live with QPS/Exchange.

‐ Working with our business and Exchanges/PTS to run projects related to mandatory Exchange/PTS changes.

‐ Coordinating and verifying activities performed by company “remote hands” on behalf of our clients in the DC.

‐ Working with vendors to get best possible quotes, in the extremely tight deadlines/timeframes, and figure out how to get some of the most exotic equipment possible.

‐ Charges back and recovery. Driving various finance activities on behalf of our group internally with the controllers and with clients.

‐ Working closely with internal infrastructure teams to get QPS projects prioritized

‐ クライアント・オンボーディング:プリセールスからネットワークコネクティビティ、トレーディングファームの計画、エンジニアリング、導入、報告、機器の注文、見積もりの作成からQPS/Exchangeの本番リリースまで
‐ データセンターのクライアントに代わって会社の「リモート」作業を調整、検証する
‐ ベンダー管理
‐ チャージバック及び回収。コントローラーとクライアントと連携して社内の財務活動を推進する
‐ 内部のインフラチームと協力し、QPSプロジェクトの優先順位を決定する
