You will be part of a team that provides high quality, highly reliable enterprise Internet connection service (with original technology), network service, data center service, and cloud platform support.

‐ Network monitoring
‐ You will be the contact point for customer and business partners’
‐ Handling inquiries, troubleshooting, Interpretation, and translation of emails and phone calls
‐ Data center visitor management, and administration work

Career Path:
‐ After working for a certain period for NOC, you can choose to transfer to a different department such as - Sales Department or Engineering Department (this is based on your desire and aptitude)

Our client is one of the leading global service providers of Cloud Solutions, Networks, Disaster Recovery, Managed Services, and Data Centers. They have 14 Data Centers in the USA, 3 in Europe and 5 in APAC.

【就業時間 | Working Hours】
Every week you will work for 4 days and you will be off for 3 days. Total of 16 – 20 working days/month.
The shift will be decided two or three months in advance.

Shift A 7:00 ~ 16:00
Shift B 14:30 ~ 22:30
Shift C 21:00 ~ 6:30
Shift D 22:30 ~ 8:00
(A → B → C → D → Off → Off →Off). Starting day for Shift A rotates every 4 weeks.

Special Shift
Shift E 7:00 ~ 15:00 (Fri – Tue)
Shift F 14:00 ~ 22:00 (Thu – Mon)

Depends on the shifts
‐ Paid Holidays: First year: 2 – 10 days depends on the month of employment. From the second year: 20 days (Annual paid vacation can be acquired from the date of employment.)
‐ Refresh leave (5 days/year): congratulation or condolence leave / childcare leave / leave for nursing care

Required Skills

‐ Basic PC skills required
