Description

This is a wonderful opportunity to work with one of the world's leading information technology service providers. They are seeking a talented and experience bilingual Senior Sales and BD Manager and Pre Sales Manager for their Sales and Business Development function to expand the business focus in Japan.

【Responsibilities】
‐ Customer meeting and thought leadership with CXO's in BFS & Emerging market domain
‐ Supporting Sales and Account Managers about selling service offerings and capabilities
‐ Responding to prospect queries on customer requirements
‐ Working on RFP / RFI with BFS & Emerging Market practice/portfolio team
‐ Prepare a sales presentation
‐ Participate and lead in Sales & Presales discussions in customer meetings
‐ Perform Due Diligence and Qualify pipeline on service requirements - Solution presentation to customers
‐ Interface and Co-ordination
‐ Interfacing with Internal and external facing groups / OEM's to build best-fit solutions for customers
‐ Need to Interface and Co-ordinate with Technical competency centers, Functional SME and Delivery teams
‐ Participate in security delivery governance along with account teams
‐ Need to Interface with Analyst on thought leadership and BU positioning
‐ Execution Blueprints - Participate with customer and delivery teams to build on project execution blueprints
‐ Guidance to resource planning - Guidance in execution phases and planning
‐ Define project success factors with customers and delivery team
‐ Develop Pursuits plan - Define Marketing and Campaign Plan with Marketing
‐ Define Revenue plans along with Account leaders
‐ Key KRA’s - Revenue - Sales Lead & Presales activities
‐ Solutions and thought leadership

Required Skills

‐ Should have handled customers directly via cold calling, existing business or New Logos in the Japan market.
‐ Work experience in IT Services offering & Sales.
‐ Understand of SAP products is very beneficial
‐ Good industry contacts are advantageous
‐ Exposure of IT Services from all Domains (BFS / Insurance / Manufacturing) is beneficial
‐ Educational requirement: Must be an Engineer with Management Degree
‐ Strong customer support skills and experience
‐ Strong documentation and reporting skills
