‐ グローバルのデータ分析チームとの協業、コミュニケーション、ナレッジシェア
‐ データサイエンス&テクノロジーを活用した構造/非構造データの分析
‐ 数学モデル作成
‐ 有用なテクノロジーの調査・POC設計(FinTech、テキストマイニング、スピーチアナリティクス、AI)

The Data Innovation Team at a global insurance company, is recruiting data scientists to work on innovating business through data. The team is result-oriented – boosting sales, profits, and ROIs – with a focus on innovation through data. Accordingly, they see value in playing with novel technologies and testing radical applications of these technologies to business. To do so, they want you to help them create a place for innovation, in which they continuously redesign its structure to fit their changing value, norm, work style, and diversity.

To support Data Science Dep. Manager to derive the value from data stored in Data Lake, DWH, or any other data sources provided by IT or external providers

‐ Planning for business contribution leveraging data (jointly with marketing, operations, claims)
‐ Data analysis for improving KPI of marketing, operations, claims
‐ Create an environment for big data including real time architecture and external data and maintain this environment (SQL, AWS, Hadoop, R/Python)
–Build and develop an environment of data visualization to accelerate decision making (Javascript, D3)
‐ Application development (JavaScript, D3)
‐ Collaboration with data teams of other entities worldwide (best practice sharing, etc.)
‐ Analyze structural/non-structural data with data science technique –Create Mathematical models
‐ Research new valuable technology (FinTech, text mining, speech analytics, AI) and develop source code in POC mode before implementing the models
‐ To support Data Science Dep. Manager to derive the value from data stored in Data Lake, DWH, or any other data sources provided by IT or external providers

Required Skills

1. Web application developmentに関連するスキル(Shiny、Flask、JavaScript、HTML、CSS等)
2. Cloud関連の分析環境構築(AWS、Google Cloud、Hadoop、Spark、MongoDB等)加えて、以下のいずれか複数経験を有する方を想定しています。
  ‐ Rでの多変量解析およびその他、統計解析ソフトの使用経験
  ‐ データマイニングに関連するスキル(SQL)
  ‐ Machine Learning、Artificial Intelligenceに関連するスキル(R、Python、TensorFlow等)
  ‐ 売上や利益を改善する仮説構築のビジネスセンス
  ‐ 保険業界での経験不問(他業界での経験を応用できる方歓迎)
  ‐ コミュニケーションスキル

1. Web application development (Shiny, Flask, JavaScript, HTML, CSS etc.)
2. Cloud Service Creation and Usage (AWS, Google Cloud, Hadoop, Spark, MongoDB etc) Additionally, need to have several of the following skills or experiences:
  ‐ Univariate and multivariate statistics using R or other statistical computing software

  ‐ Skills related to machine learning, artificial intelligence(R, Python, Tens or Flow etc.)
  ‐ Business sense for profit improvement
  ‐ Experience in insurance industry (not a must, nice to have)
  ‐ Good communication skills
