A global Testing agency is looking for an IT Helpdesk support who is a hands-on person with excellent technical and problem-solving skills to make sure our operation is running efficiently and flawlessly. The right candidate will need to have good organizational and communication skills and will need to work with all levels of users, from novice to highly technical.

‐ PC troubleshooting and support helpdesk (phone, ticketing etc.)
‐ Answering helpdesk calls, and managing the helpdesk ticketing queue
‐ Installing new PC and Laptops, and being able to provide them to the users
‐ Supporting remote access VPN users, using remote tools such as WebEx or remote desktop


‐ PCのトラブルシューティングとサポートヘルプデスク(電話、チケットなど)
‐ ヘルプデスクの電話への対応、およびヘルプデスクのチケット管理
‐ 新しいPCをインストールし、ユーザーに提供する
‐ WebExやリモートデスクトップなどのリモートツールを使用した、リモートアクセスVPNユーザのサポート

Required Skills

‐ Helpdesk support experience
‐ Must have a good working knowledge of Windows 7 and 10, Office 2010/2013/2016, Lotus Notes, Outlook and Skype for Business/iPhone support, and Videoconference support
‐ VIP support - top-level executive support
‐ Willingness to work in a multi-cultural environment
