They are seeking a talented and experience bilingual Java Project Leader to help support one of their main clients (one of the top Japanese Industrial, Machinery and Factory Automation Group). 【Responsibilities】
‐ Act as a technical lead and work on implementing new functionalities or enhancements, ensuring full testing coverage and adherence to global architecture.
‐ Participate in full software/project life cycle, starting from the requirements analysis phase till deployment.
‐ Work closely with users & IT teams and propose/deliver technical solutions to meet their requirements.

Required Skills

‐ Having experience in web application development using core Java, JSP, and Servlets.
‐ Has knowledge on any backend RDBMS.
‐ Having working experience and perform the role of Technical Lead designing & delivering technical solutions.
‐ Should have working experience with a Japanese customer.
‐ Understand Japanese working culture and Japanese customer expectations on Delivery parameters.
‐ Should have worked with Onsite-Offshore model.
‐ Strong Java programming & debugging skills with a deep understanding of Java API/language features.
‐ Self-starter with leadership skills
