They are seeking a talented and experienced bilingual Functional Lead Consultant to help support one of their main clients, a global cosmetics and beauty company. ‐ Manage regular discussion with the End users / Subject matter expert from the customer end.
‐ Understand and investigate the problem's which are reported, and provide a solution to business SAP related issue.
‐ Provide advice, guidance, and support to the business users and the project team related to SAP SD functionality, configuration and recognized best practices.
‐ Responsible for solving SAP tickets on regular basis and you will have to ensure compliance of SLA's. You will spend 60% of your time in resolving tickets, and 20% of the time in getting inputs from the end users, and the final 20% with SMES from the offshore team.
‐ Perform configuration, modification, and integration tasks in the support of SAP FICO (Finance and Cost controlling module), enhancements and implementations.
‐ Maintain appropriate documentation to reflect application design, life cycles, and configuration of changes.
‐ Develop, maintain, and publish functional/technical standards for the support and maintenance of SAP FICO as needed and any tools used in accomplishing these goals.
‐ Assist technical and functional staff with the development of data conversion, interfaces, enhancements, and reporting.
‐ Assist other team members with integration points on other modules that are associated with FICO modules

‐ 必要に応じてSAP FICOのサポートとメンテナンスに関する機能/技術標準、及びこれらの目標を達成するために使用されるツールを開発、保守、公開する。
‐ データ変換、インターフェイス、拡張、およびレポート作成において、技術および機能スタッフを支援する。
‐ FICOモジュールに関連付けられている他のモジュール上に統合ポイントを持つ他のチームメンバーを支援する

Required Skills

‐ Experience with SAP Finance and Controlling function
‐ Experience working in Finance and Controlling (should have knowledge about what happens in the industry with reference to FICO)
‐ Work experience in FI-General Ledger, FI-Account payable, FI-Accounts Receivable and Asset accounting
‐ Strong customer support skills and experience
‐ Strong documentation and reporting skills
‐ Strong Project Management skills and experience
