Global communication provider is looking for a Solution Delivery Coordinator who is responsible for ensuring a positive customer experience through the effective orchestration of the tasks associated to implementing a service. Responsibilities include guiding customers thru the implementation process for continuance orders whether On Demand or Standard timelines apply, serving as the single point of contact for the duration of each implementation for all updates and internal resource coordination to meet customer want dates.
‐ Effective management of multiple small orders (Regional and or Global orders) to ensure that the projects are delivered on time, within budget and to the Clients satisfaction.
‐ Validate new orders to ensure that project deliverables are clearly defined, have departmental approval and are agreed with the Client at the initiation phase of the project.
‐ Work with the Client Service Partner, Internal and External Stakeholders and relevant heads to ensure any deployed projects are incorporated within existing or new Client support agreements/contracts
‐ Provide and manage the conduit for all communication written and oral with the Client in relation to the Project.
‐ Provide excellent customer service throughout the lifecycle of client implementation.
‐ Meet internal delivery milestones and ensure that client expectations are clearly established.
‐ Successfully transition the implementation over to the support organization Position Objective.
‐ Effective management of multiple small orders to ensure that the projects are delivered on time, within budget and to the Clients satisfaction.
‐ Update the company Configuration Management Systems and ensure data accuracy for each project implemented.
‐ Provide the point of contact for the Client throughout the project and/or support the Principal Project Manager on larger/more complex orders by providing work stream status reports.
‐ Assume overall responsibility for project delivery and activate client billing as forecasted.
‐ Use and follow the Global-based project coordination and project management processes.
‐ Owner for assigned continuance implementations - must command and control the orchestration of the successful implementation of services.
‐ Manage customer relationship by providing implementation process expertise and by managing client expectations for duration of the order.
‐ Manage order risk through comprehensive mitigation assessment and planning techniques.
‐ Accurately forecast revenue associated to the implementation of services to support the management of revenue acceleration.
‐ Track and measure implementation progress to provide senior management with project / order status and escalate client-impacting issues.

‐ At least 2 - 4 years' industry experience with minimum 1 - 2 year's in a project management role
‐ Sound inter-personal skills - (ability to not only work within a team environment, but also drive critical situations)
‐ Ability to demonstrate analytical and problem solving skills
‐ Strong written, oral, and presentation skills - (ability to lead client meetings with key senior personnel, must be able to adapt communication style to the audience)
‐ Ability to effectively coordinate internal resources to accomplish key milestones
‐ Excellent time management skills - (ability to set priorities and multitask as necessary)
‐ Ability to make sound decisions - (ability to effectively balance logic with data to make sound decisions)
‐ Hosting and/or Network Knowledge to translate solution to install tasks.
‐ PMP Training - seeking project mgmt related certification
‐ ITIL V2 / V3 Knowledge - seeking V3 certification
‐ Competency in one or more technical areas
