‐ エンドユーザからの要求吸上げ、ITシステム導入

Global Energy Company is searching for a Server administrator. The candidate will help maintains Asia server system environment including Tokyo/Singapore Data Center and 3rd Party cloud by identifying server requirements; installing upgrades; monitoring system performance.

‐ Perform required maintenance on the server environment in all premises and cloud environment.
‐ This includes, but not limited to, account management, systems backup/recovery, and security/patch management.
‐ Assist in development, planning and implementation of recommended processes to ensure information systems reliability and accessibility and to prevent and defend against unauthorized access to systems data.
‐ Monitor the performance and integrity of the servers using appropriate system administration tools.
‐ Recommend additional tools and procedures to improve stability and assist in proactively identifying potential problems.
‐ Participate in the deployment of new software and technology.
‐ Maintain and update master OS image for end users and server systems
‐ Maintain and update accountability of all systems and software
‐ Maintain accurate and timely documentation of systems, project plans and work order progress.
‐ Ensure effective inter and intra team communications.
‐ Consult with end users on a variety of software and system requirements.
‐ This includes, but not limited to, troubleshooting on OS, software, PC, mobile phone, tablet, and video conferencing system.
‐ Understand, recommend, and provide technical solutions.
‐ Keep abreast of technology trends, especially those trends relating to Microsoft solutions, virtualization, and cloud technologies.
‐ Maintains and updates assigned IT service incidents and IT Service Request tickets on a daily and/or weekly basis.
‐ Responsible for other reasonable, related duties as assigned.
‐ Perform other related duties as assigned.

Required Skills

‐ 情報技術または情報工学系の大卒
‐ Windowsシステム、ストレージシステム(SAN/FC/iSCSI)、仮想化(VMWare)の各構築、管理経験及びエンドユーザサポート経験が5年以上あり、深い知識・理解をしている
‐ Windows 7/10、Windows 2012/2016の深い知識及び構築・管理経験
‐ Exchange 2013もしくはそれ以降の深い知識及び構築・管理経験
‐ Active Directory, GPO, Sharepointの深い知識及び構築・管理経験
‐ バッチ、PowerShellスクリプトの読み取り、編集知識、経験
‐ エンタープライズ環境におけるバックアップ及び復元の管理・作業経験
‐ WSUS,SCCM,LANDesk等を使用OSアップグレード、パッチ適用、ハードゥエアに対するFirmwareアップデート、アプリケーションのアップデート展開の計画・管理経験
‐ 日本語:外部ベンダーとやりとりできるレベル
‐ 英語:海外エンジニアとメールでやりとりできるレベル

‐ Bachelor's Degree or direct relevant experience is acceptable in lieu of a Bachelor's Degree on a year for year basis.
‐ Must demonstrate five(5) years progressive experience in computer and associated equipment operation, have in-depth knowledge of information systems and technical expertise with Windows operating systems, storage systems (SAN/FC/iSCSI), VMware virtualization systems, and Internet end-user applications.
‐ In-depth knowledge and working experience with Microsoft Windows 7/10 and Server 2012, 2016.
‐ In-depth knowledge and working experience with Microsoft Exchange Servers 2013 or higher.
‐ In-depth knowledge and working experience with Active Directory, GPO, SharePoint and Exchange Server Intermediate computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft software (Word, Excel, Visio and PowerPoint).
‐ Coding skill for script (Batch, PowerShell).
‐ Working experience with patch management solutions such as WSUS, SCCM, or LANDesk
‐ Working experience with enterprise backup and restore technologies
‐ Experience with OS upgrades, patches, firmware and new applications and equipment.
‐ English: Be able to communicate with their engineers
‐ Japanese: Be able to communicate with Japanese local venders
