A global automobile parts manufacturer is hiring an IT User Support. The position objective includes all the IT related supports and activities for our end users.

‐ Server Room IT Infrastructure Maintenance
‐ Office IT Infrastructure Management
‐ User Support
‐ Lead Local Tasks on Global Projects
‐ Supplier Selection and Control
‐ Functional Safety Concept
‐ IT Asset Management
‐ Oversee multiple sites across Japan

Required Skills

‐ More than 5 years of experience in English-language work environment in a similar IT environment as an IT support
‐ Proven experience as a local IT technician or relevant position with technical knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, Windows OS (Windows 10), OS imaging, Active Directory, Computer hardware standard.
‐ In depth understanding of basic server and network infrastructure such as office network diagram, WAN/LAN network and physical and virtual server architecture

Preferred Skills

‐ Experience of working as an in-house IT engineer
‐ Experience of replacing hardware parts: memory upgrade, storage replacement, network card installation
‐ Experience of taking care of on-site PC fix by a vendor engineer
‐ Knowledge of ITIL practices
