Global IT Service Company aims to revolutionize the airspace. The team is responsible for a number of products related to drone related services. They started the drone delivery service in May 2016 and now they are in the early stages of creation of a new service called Unmanned Traffic Management (UTM). UTM is needed to make sure that drones can become a safe and reliable utility.

Their partners are a Japanese drone manufacturer and a US-based company and they are closely working on implementing these and other services. Now, the company is looking for DevOps engineer to expand their service.

The company is building a web service that has to scale and be available at least 99.99% of time. You will be taking on increasingly complicated tasks and the company expects your knowledge to improve continuously. You are expected to test your code by writing at least unit tests.

Required Skills

‐ Understanding of the fundamentals of Azure services
‐ Experience of using any of the following : Node.js, Go, Java, Python or Ruby, C++
‐ Experience with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud, and know when to use which tool for the job (and when to build your own)
‐ Experience in managing a variety of Linux OS, or expertise using Linux command line
‐ Experience with Docker, Kubernetes and other containerized platform technologies or competent in state-of-the-art orchestration and containerization infrastructure k8s & Docker
‐ Experience working with scalable networking technologies such as Load Balancers/Firewalls and web standards (REST APIs, web security mechanisms)
‐ Familiarity with standard IT security practices such as encryption, certificates and key management
‐ Experience with SQL and have worked with a variety of relational databases
‐ Strong understanding and working knowledge of networking principles and OS operation and maintenance
‐ Strong debugging and problem-solving skills
