The Project Management Office operates to support the deployment of infrastructure across Japan. We partner closely with global leadership and local business stakeholders to deliver value in a timely and efficient manner. The team consists of nearly 20 bilingual professional project managers reporting to the Project Director.

As a part of the global Infrastructure Services organization, this division offers IT infrastructure services to the company's other Japan based business units, covering design, build, deploy, operate, and maintain all physical infrastructure. This also includes data centers, physical and virtual servers, databases, core network connectivity, end-user devices, call centers, branch and office infrastructure, mainframe systems, and help desk support. Infrastructure in the cloud is a recent strategic direction.
