【Who we’re looking for】
Reporting to the Helpdesk manager within the IT Operations Division, you will assist in support of endpoint system issues alongside the global IT team.

‐Monitors and conducts minor service on servers 
‐Responds to server alerts as per instructions from supervisor
‐Responsible for desktop stability and internal technical support
‐Basic System Administration for a primarily Windows environment 
‐Work productively and efficiently in a team environment to meet deadlines, quotas, and KPIs
‐Miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned














Required Skills

‐Troubleshooting ability regarding support issues, imaging, roll outs, deployments

‐Good analytical skills and attention to detail

‐Knowledge of Windows Operating Systems

‐Understanding of hardware and hardware technologies

-Ability to learn and apply technical information and instructions




‐Windows OSの知識



Preferred Skills

‐Understanding of networking, firewalls, routing and switching

‐Relevant and current certifications

‐Server administration experience

‐Knowledge of Mac and Linux systems
