This is a great opportunity working for world leading luxury lifestyle brand group. A famous luxury brand is looking for a retail system operations analyst. The successful candidate will support daily operation of regional IT Retail systems.



Daily operation case:

‐Support and maintain all Asia Retail IT systems under the group, including but not limited to POS/Time & Attendance/Inventory Management systems

‐Support as level 3 in-house escalation point from L1/L2 vendor support

‐Coordinate case support with multiple cross function teams

‐Manage communication, identify actual impact and provide follow up action items

‐Coordinate annual check for stores and validate results

‐Track daily support from third parties and provide updates


Routine business support:

‐Support month end across Asia/EU

‐Support stock take across Asia/EU countries upon request

‐Response for Front end program deployment to store device level, including PC/iPad/iPod


Service Improvement Analysis:

‐Review frequently escalated cases, analyze root cause and propose solution to reduce escalation and increase resolution rate at 1st/2nd level support

‐Manage business expectations and review the service level/quality provided

‐Analyze the operation case and system incidents/inquiries on a regular basis to maintain high performance standards

‐Provide feedback for operation support constraints, coordinate with cross teams to improve support SLA

‐Build strong partnership with vendors to offer the best in class support and customer shopping experiences in the entire Asia
























Required Skills

‐In-depth knowledge of Retail Business / Client PC

‐Experience in partnering with business users and other IT team members to design and implement system & process

‐Rich experience in incident management, ITIL concept

‐Experience in vendor management and service delivery management






Preferred Skills

‐Ability to speak, read/write Chinese and Korean

‐Retail system operation experience

‐Knowledge of retail applications

‐Testing and project managements skill
