‐ 中~高度の複雑なソフトウェア/アプリケーション/ホスト問題へのトラブルシューティング
‐ PC、周辺機器、関連ハードウェアの修理、保守、サポート
‐ 下請け業者にタスクを委任する際に、企業標準に従ってタスクが完了するよう指導する
‐ SLAに沿って目標を達成する
‐ サポートする機器が設置されている空港のエリアで作業する際のセキュリティクリアランス
‐ システムの操作マニュアルとドキュメントを準備する

‐ First level support on Airport System
‐ To maintain and monitor the server infrastructure on a daily basis
‐ Performing daily back‐ups and data redundancy
‐ Handle change requests and software updates
‐ Troubleshoot hardware issues
‐ Troubleshoot recurring software/application/host issues ranging from medium to high complexity
‐ Repair, maintain and support PC’s, Peripherals and related hardware
‐ Delegate tasks to sub‐contractors, provide mentorship and ensure tasks are completed per the company standards.
‐ Responsible for fulfilling targets outlined in the Service Level Agreement.
‐ He/she will require security clearance to work in any area of the airport where supported equipment is located.
‐ Prepares system operational manuals and documentation

Required Skills

‐ 3年以上の関連IT経験
‐ Windows Server環境でのWindowsワークステーションのインストール、保守、構成、トラブルシューティングの経験
‐ 大卒、もしくは必要な知識、スキル、能力を提供できる同等の経験、教育、訓練

‐ Minimum of 3 years of relevant IT experience
‐ Experience with installation, maintenance, configuration and troubleshooting of Windows workstations on Windows Server environments
‐ Bachelors' degree; or an equivalent combination of experience, education and training which provides the desired knowledge, skills and abilities

Preferred Skills
