A leading global internet services company is seeking a confident, English speaking, hands on Program Manager for Campaign and Account Management working with a dynamic, international team across APAC to coordinate the creation and presentation of creative technology marketing solutions and manage Creative Agency Partners throughout the region.  



‐Deliver complex projects from conception to implementation and QA and manage the relationships among them.

‐Work with team of experts in Marketing, Creative and Engineering in local and remote offices to develop and roll out project workflows.

‐Analyze the pipeline of work and productivity in order to optimize throughput of the operations team.

‐Supervise and optimize resource allocation across offices, languages, and projects.

‐Prioritize and assess impact of bug fixes and ensure new feature requests are fully specified for implementation.

‐Manage and track project status, contents, issues, roadblocks

‐Coordinate communication across stakeholders

‐Weekly reports to Brand Studio APAC managers

‐Project Reports

‐Web analysis

‐Process improvement proposals and implementation

Required Skills

‐Experience working with creative and web/digital production teams including designers and developers.

‐Project management experience in Marketing or Web industry in the Asia-Pacific region.

‐Technical experience in web development and digital ads production.

‐Demonstrated operations management with experience in digital agency or consumer product manufacturing company.

‐Experience working with and training in a cross-cultural environment with remote teams.

‐Logical thinking and independent decision making skills.

‐Superior problem solving and analytical skills.

‐Strong interpersonal skills and solution-oriented attitude.

Preferred Skills

‐Account management experience and/or strategic planning experience.

‐Technology/online industry experience and experience working with digital / creative agencies and external talents.

‐Ability to build and maintain constructive working and communication relationships with a diverse community of technical and non-technical audiences.
