The successful candidate will work at Service Delivery Division.  The Service Delivery Division is the backbone of the company, creating, setting up and maintaining the IT infrastructure in the company.


The position is a hands-on professional role, which requires strong business sense and skills, with continuous process improvement/automation mindset. 


The infrastructure team has a flat structure, with each member reporting to either the Division Manager, or Head of Infrastructure. The successful candidate will have a strong sense of responsibility and provide leadership for changes.

- Project work (such as Service Now, auto batch system)

- Ensures BAU is sustainable and process are being followed

- Day to day operation management activities
