Opportunity to learn project management and enterprise class procedures in a leading finance firm.
A large Japanese finance company is urgently seeking a Project Coordinator for their MAC Management Service Team responsible for Moves, Adds, Changes of IT Equipment for business users.
‐ Act as MAC coordinator for Customer Support/ MAC Team.
‐ Attend and proactively contribute to weekly MAC coordination team meetings.
‐ Schedule meetings with stakeholders and MAC preferred vendors.
‐ Proactively escalate project Risks, Actions, Issues and Decisions to the MAC Team Lead.
‐ Maintain the logs.
‐ Track and monitor any open issues, tasks and changes escalated.
‐ Monitor the monthly schedule and proactively raise scheduling issues with the MAC team and in-house facility related teams
‐ Draft monthly plans, and track tasks and overall progress against the monthly schedule baseline.
‐ Draft monthly progress status reports for the MAC Management team and senior management in accordance with client specific budget management standard procedures.
‐ Draft and submit monthly activity status reports using client standard templates in accordance with client specific standards.
‐ Assist with the physical move tasks as needed

‐ Able to negotiate with vendors on costs, scope of work, work completion verification
‐ Competent use of MS office, Adobe Acrobat Professional

‐ Ability to perform some physical move tasks for desktop equipment like monitors, phones, PC.
