This position is responsible for the service provision of Office Management for Tokyo Office and CS & AH Sales offices. The jobholder reports to Office Management Manager.
‐ Provision and maintain of office management and services including president office within budget (office design and layout, reception, mailing service, etc.)
‐ Regularly review facility and services, make suggestions for improvements (e.g. cost effective solutions, innovative ideas and high customer satisfaction)
‐ Regularly monitor up-to-date office trend, market trend and office solutions - Budgeting planning for the above services
※Travel to Osaka 1‐2 times a month (holiday working once a month - substitute holiday can be taken)
‐ University degree
‐ Equivalent practical experience and professional knowledge in office management
‐ CAD (layout software) knowledge preferable
