This is a wonderful opportunity working at a leading global nutrition and beauty care products company. Our client is a multi-billion dollar company covering all major markets in the world; Japan is their second largest market! 【Responsibilities】 ‐ Own overall project management activities for one or multiple projects - project management plan, scope management, schedule management, cost management, quality management, communication and stakeholder management (may include external vendors), risk and issue management, change management, and others as specified in our PMO project management standard. ‐ Collaborate and communicate with global and regional IT teams and other teams through projects, and project related escalations, meetings, and communications. ‐ Produce an accurate and professional monthly and weekly project reporting for assigned projects, including attending and presenting at manager reviews. ‐ Produce and maintain project associated documents such as project management plan, work breakdown structure, project approval related documents, RACI, meeting minutes, risk/issue/change register, and regular project reports. ‐ Learn and operationalize our business model, terminology, IT system and architecture, other associated/interdependent projects, and most importantly our culture and core values, as those are required by smooth and successful project management. ‐ Most of the above duties are conducted in English, compensated in Japanese at times.

Required Skills

‐ Project delivery experiences - internal IT, business, or end customer facing projects (applications, software, IT operations, and/or infrastructure) ‐ Project management experiences - internal IT, business, or end customer facing projects (applications, software, IT operations, and/or infrastructure). ‐ Experiences in global or international projects where project communication is all in English, and member culture is diversified. ‐ Experiences in project team performance management and improvement - coaching, advising, and guiding ‐ Expertise in constructive problem solving, influencing, and negotiation, and building health relationship

Preferred Skills

‐ PMP or PRINCE2 Practitioner certified - desired ‐ ITIL understanding as a Plus ‐ Knowledge in Visio is a Plus ‐ JIRA & Confluence will be used in projects, so be ready to learn or use it
