Wonderful opportunity at a global life science company for an experienced E-commerce CRM Specialist! 【Responsibilities】 Develop, drive, implement and enhance the DTC and e-commerce sales capabilities and rollout programs to increase customer engagement and lifetime value. ‐ Grow LTV of database of customers, by maximizing and continually improving retention of consumers ‐ Drive customer retention and loyalty via CRM campaign development, management and optimization of reward, direct mail, email, and e-Com marketing strategy ‐ Build best in class e-commerce CRM capabilities within a new organization ‐ Present & deliver brand benefits to customer an bring them through an interactive journey ‐ Deliver the right message at the right time to the right consumer and their expressed or derived needs ‐ Oversee all e-Com aspects including pre-campaign analysis, ongoing campaign management, creative development and production, segmentation, testing for increased performance, post campaign analytics, learning, and recommendations for future campaigns ‐ Proactively introduce new approaches to leveraging customer data to drive and influence personalized communications ‐ Keep abreast of the latest developments in CRM marketing including data-driven marketing, social media, mobile and new channels, platforms, methods and tactics ‐ Manage the execution of all CRM components of e-Com; Partner with relevant IT, Operations, and Brand Activation CRM to develop processes and optimization plans

Required Skills

‐ University Degree ‐ CRM leading experiences of E-commerce, mail-order or subscription service ‐ Experiences of creative control (vender management) ‐ Proficient Computer Skills (Excel middle level+) ‐ Experience of marketing automation tool usage preferable ‐ Making hypothesis and decision making on a fact basis ‐ Experience to work with internal and external stakeholder ‐ Project management skills
