A globally famous IT service company is currently looking for a QA Technical Manager who will be responsible for the establishment of a high-quality control process within the development life cycle. He/She will oversee and develop the relevant QA strategies and plans to constantly improve the Test-Driven development strategy of the IDaaS team.

Our IDaaS platform is a new service aimed to protect users digital identities on the Internet. It will be one of our main pillars which sustain the company's business foundation in the near future.


‐Plan and prioritize all the development team’s test activities, in the context of agile management and SCRUM in particular

‐Perform code review and establish best practices for Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery (CI/CD)

‐Establish and enforce best practices for Test-Driven development techniques and bug fixing process

‐Writing test strategies and review test plans, as well as helping the development team members to acquire the necessary skill-set to enforce high quality standards in the code. (Coaching)

Required Skills

‐Relevant engineering skills matured as professional code tester, and solid knowledge of at least 2 of these testing frameworks: Spock, Junit, RSpec, Capybara

‐Good communications skills both with technical and non-technical people of the team

‐Solid knowledge of Risk Analysis techniques and ability to report to the higher management by presenting effective and easy to understand documentation when required
