Great opportunity to work for a famous financial markets firm as an Implementation Specialists, offering front line support to the firm's users. You will be responsible for deploying/supporting company products and services, using technical troubleshooting and project management skills. Use your technical skills to resolve issues and working with stakeholders to deliver access to the company infrastructure while meeting clients’ connectivity needs. 【Responsibilities】 - Support company software, hardware, and network offerings, coordinating with clients and stakeholders throughout - Smoothly integrate company products and services into clients’ environments (new and existing) - Coordinate and handle internal/external resources to meet tight project deadlines ‐Recommend, design, and implement communication strategies to improve the support of the company products and services ‐Multitask to prioritize a high volume of simultaneous projects and tasks

Required Skills

‐A passion for and demonstrable experience of supporting technology across a multitude of platforms ‐A deep understanding of PC hardware, operating systems and software suites (Windows & Mac OS, Office Suite, VBA) ‐Experience with communicating and coordinating with internal/external groups to define project scope and meet project deliverables across the implementation process ‐Excellent communication skills and customer service skills ‐An ability to remain calm under pressure ‐An aptitude for multitasking

Preferred Skills

‐Knowledge of telecommunication lines, basic network design and security (E1/T1 lines, TCP/IP, SOCKS5)
