Exciting opportunity in a globally famous Internet and web services/solutions Company for a bilingual administration professional with experience in monthly billing, issuing contracts, fielding external client inquires and proactive internal communications supporting multiple teams.


‐Organize client events and provide campaign updates

‐External billing & contract communication for our products

‐Mainly responsible for handling queries from our customers' products' contract and billing, including reviewing the price info, contract info, checking if there is nonstandard deals and putting necessary information in the system

‐Responsible for issuing contracts, sending them to our clients/partners and handling communications including checking with internal teams. You will be responsible for coordinating internal teams (billing etc) to solve any issues/problems that arise

‐Report sales figures internally, analyzing data and translating this into creative and effective presentations

‐Responsible for translating sales material (mainly from English to Japanese, but sometime Japanese to English) and also responsible for managing client lists up to date working with our sales team
