A leading luxury company in Japan handling some of the world’s luxury brands and active in several key industries, including Fragrances & Cosmetics, Fashion, Accessories and Cigars, is hiring a Digital Coordinating Specialist. Under the direction of the Digital & CRM Manager, you will be in charge of the production, scheduling and reporting of Email Marketing and Social Media campaigns for all the company's brands.



1. Production

‐Verify brand briefs and plan campaigns

‐Produce graphics and html, using either internal or external resources.

‐Setup email campaigns in MailChimp and Social media campaigns in Facebook, Instagram, etc.

2. Analysis and Optimization

‐Optimize campaigns performance through automation, segmentation, A/B testing and other methodologies

‐Analyze campaign performance, provide regular reporting and suggest improvements

‐Support improving the CRM strategy, workflows and systems

3. Database management

‐Maintain databases

‐Plan re-optin campaigns

Required Skills


‐EDMツールとマーケティングオートメーションツール(Experian、Marketo、MailChimp、Campaign Monitor、Emarsys、Splio、Salesforceなど)の使用経験

‐Facebook Business Managerの使用経験



‐Proven record in successfully delivering EDM campaigns and administrating social media accounts

‐Experience in using EDM tools and Marketing automation tools (Experian, Marketo, MailChimp, Campaign Monitor, Emarsys, Splio, Salesforce or others)

‐Experience in using Facebook Business Manager

‐Strong organizational and workload management skills

‐Excellent teamwork and communication skills
