A global IT hardware vendor is hiring a Service Business Operation Administrator to be responsible for general Service Business Operation, including maintenance service order processing and renewal operation. A summary of the typical service business administration duties are listed below.



‐Manage and be responsible for regular service business operations, utilizing the unique business application through the company's portal and database

‐Service PO processing

‐Fully utilize service management systems such as SIMS/ATLAS/SFDC and keep up to date

‐Service quotation/proposal

‐Help desk for Service inquiries

‐Service announcements or alerts to Service Partners

‐Management and maintenance of the Service contracts

‐Service renewal operation

‐Support the organization manager as a Service accountant

‐Maintain and track the Service revenue and expense status

‐Maintain Service contract statuses using the company's system

‐Manage and track all of the Service Partners' statuses

‐Act as a Service representative to receive inquiries/requirements from the Sales and Finance teams

‐Provide support to the Service Account Manager to increase revenue

‐Education Service operation (course arrangement, announcement, invoicing, etc.)

‐Create Service business materials using Excel/Work for internal use

‐Act as the librarian of Service business documents and materials



Required Skills

‐General knowledge in Server business (HW/SW) and its service business

‐Understanding of the basic business process in quote/order/invoicing, etc.

‐Experience in MS Excel/Word

‐Good communication skills internally and externally

‐Basic business acumen

‐Good understanding of financial transactions

‐Ability to work on a team

Preferred Skills

‐Sales operation administration experience

‐Initiative and proactive behavior for the assigned task but not reactive

‐Challenge splits for the new tools, system or process and proactively adaptation

‐Highly motivated to improve the existing process or business mechanism
