If you have the skills and are committed to proactively growing your potential and are interested in working within a Japanese environment, you are encouraged to apply. 【Responsibilities】 ‐Ensure client services platforms are maintained to high standards adhering to global compliance and technical security standards ‐Manage and resolve requests/support tickets ‐System access provisioning, management and attestation ‐Support telecom/audio/visual infrastructure and services ‐Support critical IT infrastructure and facilities ‐Communicate with regional/global centers around server, firewall and network support ‐Support critical PC, IT and other infrastructure and hardware ‐Proactive monitoring of IT infrastructure and facilities to anticipate support needs ‐Remote support of sales representatives in the field ‐Handle emergency and maintenance duties

Required Skills

‐Experience in Desktop Support or Helpdesk role and/or similar internal client facing environment (L1-L3) ‐Experience with NRI T-Star series ‐Experience with market data providers (i.e. Bloomberg, Reuters, etc.) ‐Experience with Windows 7

Preferred Skills

‐Self-disciplined, adaptable, proactive, patient, accountable, mature, positive, flexible and willing to continuously learn on the job ‐Finance industry experience ‐Application support experience
