Description

Global Insurance Company with over 40 years experience in Japan is looking for a system analyst who has strong communication skills. 【Summary of Responsibilities】 ‐ Tracking and Reporting the progress of Production changes, from inception to delivery ‐ Assist on the coordination of events of application layer changes within Production systems and Environments for all supported applications 【Dimensions of Position】 ‐ Manage the team and deliverables including outcomes which have been providing by vendor ‐ Designing, implementation and conduct training the governance processes ‐ Collaborate with business team and other System Analysts to ensure production assurance and provide continual IT services to customer and business team. ‐ Collaborate with Global team to proceed Global Production Support initiatives. ‐ Provide executive communication to Senior AMS Management (e.g. escalation, status reports). 【Principal Responsibilities】 ‐ Perform all activities related to application release and transition services in Production Assurance services, and/or Application Technology Support. ‐ Align with Global Production Support initiative to ensure consistency and process compliance. ‐ Work with closely System Analysts and vendors to be the single point of contact to serve as a communications hub and monitoring group for any Critical/High new or changing applications, projects, platforms, etc., that will impact the production environment. ‐ Manage the release management methodology (Change, Release and Deployment management) including processes, templates and tools. ‐ Consolidate reporting the status and statistics related activities.

Required Skills

‐ Knowledge of Production environment assurance ‐ Communication, collaboration and teaming skills; skills and experiences in working level communication and presentations ‐ Experiences in setting up and manage release management policies and standards ‐ Experiences measure and manage metrics of Change, Deployment and Release management related activities ‐ Good understanding of ITIL framework

‐ Good understanding of SDLC process ‐ Good understanding of Consumer and Web applications ‐ Experiences Change, Release & Deployment management operation with ServiceNow ‐ Business Systems and Production management specialist ‐ Excellent Analytical thinking and Relationship Management skills ‐ Fluent in Japanese with superior written and oral communication skills ‐ Consultative, partnering, facilitating and influencing skills with many audiences and cultures locally ‐ Strong interpersonal, conflict resolution, decision making, problem solving and negotiation skills
