【Position Summary】

Technical Support Manager is required to Launched/ undertake GPON Project Delivery.


The main business areas to serve as following of GPON network

‐ Customer requirement management

‐ To maintain a good relationship with customers

‐ Technical communication with internal overseas engineers, and reporting to customers

‐ Technical support & troubleshooting


‐ 顧客リクエストの管理

‐ 顧客との良好ない関係の維持

‐ 社内エンジニアとの技術コミュニケーション、顧客への報告

‐ テクニカルサポート & トラブルシューティング

Required Skills

‐ Technical support experience of Wire-line Network (PON/GPON, Switch, Router, Firewall etc) ( more than three years is prefer)

‐ Job experience of Project Management and appropriate skill/knowledge is plus,

‐ Bachelor Degree

‐ 有線ネットワークデリバリの経験(PON/GPON, Switch, Router, Firewall etc)

‐ プロジェクトマネジメントの業務経験と適当なスキルと知識があれば尚可

‐ 大卒以上
