You will work with international professionals to enhance telecommunication technology throughout Japan. 【Position Summary】 The main business areas to serve as following of LTE wireless network. ‐ Operation and maintenance support team management (Team management of 5 to 10 members) ‐ Each of network equipment (Small Cell server group, problem solution and reporting, etc. NW equipment) to provide technical support. ‐ 3rd Party maintenance contract management ‐ DOA / RMA management 【Responsibilities】 ‐ System configuration, version-up team management (team management of 5 members) ‐ Take the cooperation problem solving - Domestic relevant departments and sub-constructors. ‐ Each network equipment (Small Cell server group, fault resolution, etc. of the NW equipment) to provide technical support. ‐ Supporting the customer network environment changes system upgrades, to support configuration changes. ‐ Technical negotiation with engineers, reporting to customers etc. ‐ Verification in eNB to be event of a failure, report writing, etc. 【主な業務内容】 LTE無線ネットワーク業務の以下 1か2いずれかを担当: 1. 運用保守サポートチームのマネジメント ‐ 各NW機器の障害対応、技術サポート ‐ 保守契約、運営マネジメント ‐ 顧客への定期報告 2. テクニカルサポートチームのマネジメント ‐ システム設定、バージョンアップ対応などの技術サポート及び管理 ‐ 各NW機器の障害対応、技術サポート ‐ 本社への定期報告、及びクライアントへの定期報告 ‐ eNB障害発生時の検証、改修、報告対応

Required Skills

‐ Wireless mobile communication network (LTE/Wimax/UMTS/HSPA/UMTS even LTE eNB) in any one area held job experiences ‐ Higher communication skills (Native Japanese, Business English or Chinese) ‐ Proactively behavior that who have the ability to achieve the goal towards solving problems ‐ 以下いずれか一つ、無線ネットワークの経験及び知識があること LTE、Wimax、UMTS、HSPA、LTE-eNB ‐ 顧客との折衝経験(プレゼンテーション)・顧客へのプレゼンテーション経験 ・文章や口頭でのコミュニケーション能力
