If you have at least two (2) years of B-t-B sales experience, specifically in the areas of business development, account management and account expansion, we want to talk to you.

職務内容/Job Description




  • 新規開拓 (IT人材を必要とする魅了ある企業・有名企業などを開拓する)

  • 人材提供 (スキルハウスの登録人材のなかから適切な候補者を紹介する)

  • 顧客マネージメント (派遣人材提供後のクライアントフォローなど)


You will be expected to perform many duties, mainly client order acquisition, sourcing and matching of candidates to client orders, client management and staff coordination – all focusing on generating revenue and profits. You will be selling IT temporary, contract and permanent staffing services and will be expected to close, on average, no fewer than 3 contracts per month. Note that you have three (3) Main Responsibilities:

  • Business Development

  • Order Fulfillment

  • Retain Revenue


Job activity focus: Get many core IT contract or temporary orders from great companies!

  • Successful previous sales experience (i.e. delivering results)

  • Excellent account management skills

  • A positive, outgoing and energetic personality

  • Strong communications skills – verbal and written

  • Japanese (preferred)
